We want you to love what you're wearing. If something's not quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Returns Window
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
● Unworn and unwashed
● In original condition, with tags still attached
● Returned in their original packaging where possible
How to Return an Item
- Email us at admin@sandlowveld.co.za with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back via The Courier Guy
- Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your exchange or refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know in your return request and we'll ship the replacement out as soon as the original item is received — same delivery timeframes as a standard order apply.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost of return delivery.
